Welcome to AHEAD, where the future of work in Africa begins with us. Our program is dedicated to nurturing conscious business leaders across Africa, poised to transform the continent's business landscape. Over a 3- to 4-month period, you'll embark on a journey to think and operate like a top African business professional. The time commitment is around 40 hours per month.
Join us for the inaugural community of AHEAD. Applications will open on 22 December 2023 and close on 19 January 2024. All participants of the first cohort will receive a free scholarship. Apply and be a part of shaping Africa's future.

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify, you must:
- 1 Must be aged between 18-35 years
- 2 Have full fluency in written and verbal English,
- 3 Hail from the African continent or the diaspora,
- 4 Possess a university degree.
APPLICATION
PROCESS
Sign up on the AHEAD platform starting 22 December 2023.
Complete a one-hour assessment after registering, including a written English test, a reflective thinking quiz, and recording three brief pitch videos.
Successful candidates will be informed by 20 January 2024.
Training begins in the end of January 2024. All details will be communicated to successful applicants.
NOTE: No application fee for the first cohort.

What happens after I apply or register interest?
You will undergo an assessment process, and successful candidates will be notified.
Why was my application rejected?
Applications may be rejected if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or if the assessment is not satisfactorily completed.
How long is the AHEAD program and what does it cover?
The program lasts 3-4 months, requiring about 40 hours per month. It covers various business and leadership skills tailored for the African market.
How many study hours per week are required?
Approximately 10 hours per week.
How can organizations benefit from or collaborate with AHEAD?
Organizations can access a pool of trained professionals for potential employment or freelance opportunities. We also offer corporate training programs with AHEAD content for organizations that wish to develop their existing staff.
In which countries is AHEAD available?
AHEAD is available to individuals from the African continent and the African diaspora.
Do I have to pay to participate in AHEAD?
The first cohort has no application fee. Future cohorts will be a blend of scholarship holders and paying candidates.
